Boating Fund

resident, Bart Huthwaite loves sailing the Straits and wants
to pass that enjoyment on to Island youth through his fund,
the Bart Huthwaite Mackinac Island Boating Fund.
In cooperation with the Mackinac Island Yacht
Club, Bart hopes to start a sailing training program, encourage
better boating safety, and promote improved fishing in area
waters. His fund provides for programs aimed at Island youth
and scouts who come to Mackinac.
